Home Buying Process

Initial Meeting

Let’s meet!  We set-up an initial meeting with the aim of understanding your buying needs and wants.  This meeting includes an overview of the buying process, the benefits of utilizing First Weber’s mobile app, and the benefits of our team’s approach.

Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I see properties?

After talking with your lender and getting pre-approval, we can set-up showings as soon as you’d like and as seller availability allows.

Should I talk to a lender?

Yes! It is an essential step to get pre-approved, so you know your buying power and to start the lending process.

How quickly can I close?

Closing takes place approximately 30-45 days after an accepted offer due to financing processing.

Who pays the buyer realtor fees?

In Wisconsin, if listed on the MLS the Seller pays Realtor fees.  If it is For Sale by Owner,
