Let’s meet! We will set up a time to meet at your home and get to know each other. We want to know your selling wants and needs, so that we can do everything we can to make them a reality. The initial meeting will include an overview of the selling process, a first walkthrough of your home and an assessment of home features. We will also analyze the live market and compile a net sheet for the estimated proceeds based on market value.
Getting To Work
Once your listing contract is signed, it’s time to get to work to give your house the best chance on the market. Lisa will reach out to you with all the details and timeline. Our services include:

A well-priced home will sell quickly and close to the listing price. There is no need to leave room for negotiations as home buyers are very well educated. A seller who prices their home high can actually be costing themselves more money than if priced appropriately to reflect market value & current competition.

The list price is the price a home is currently listed for sale at. The sale price is the price a home is sold at (after possible negotiations).
