Buying Process with the Charlie Wills Team

Let’s meet!  Once you set up a time with us, we will review the buying process and go over all of your needs and wants to set the criteria search for your home.  We also review the benefits of our team's approach. Book a time with us here!

01 | Initial Meeting

Not sure how much you can afford? Don't worry!  We have local lender partners who can assist you.   Plus, they are just a call or text away while large national banks are not.

02 | Let's Talk Budget

Now that we know your budget and the features you want in a house, it's time to see homes with us!

Step 1: Download the app in Apple App Store or Google Play

Step 2: Make us your favorite agent
Step 3: Schedule Showings requested via the app or give us a call/text/emailShowing Specifics:

  • Maximum of 4 properties per appointment

  • Email showing requests to cs@charliewills.team and include the MLS number and your availability

03 | Using First Weber App

When you find the house for you, we will explain every detail of the house and discuss strategy on your offer terms and details.  

  • Fixtures

  • Earnest Money

  • Financing

  • Home Inspection Contingency

  • Acceptance

  • Closing Date

  • Negotiating The Offer

04 | Submit an Offer

Our transaction coordinator will email you closing deadlines and contingencies outlining the next steps. Your agent will walk you through the process week by week. 

05 | Accepted Offer

Legal fees
