Charlie has been a resident of Madison for the past 22 years. With 18 years, providing real estate services for buyers and sellers in the residential, condominium, new construction, investment real estate, development, land, property management and luxury home markets. During his tenure at First Weber, he has distinguished himself as a top producing agent and team (Top 1/2% ), and mentor. He loves every aspect of real estate including remodeling, design, landscaping, DIY and maintenance techniques learned and discovered over the years.
Emily’s focus on the team is coordinating both buyers and sellers to ensure they have the best possible experience with the team. She graduated from St. Olaf College in 2020 with a degree in Psychology. When she is not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her partner, Connor and her cat Magpie, and reading.
Caitlyn Mowatt brings a versatile professional profile to the team, managing projects for multiple industry sectors, leading communication and marketing strategies for the past 14 years with successful growth outcomes, and strengthening client relationships and community engagement efforts for both profit and non-profit organizations.
She is a proud mother of two and strives for a healthy work/life balance to spend time with her family. A few of her favorite things are making memories in the kitchen, taking road trips around the U.S., and getting lost in natures beauty. Another love of Caitlyn's are their two huskies and dreams of having a farm to care for many animals.
