1. Initial Consultation

We want to know every detail and discover all of the ways buyers will love your home. We take extensive notes to outline everything you have done to maintain and update your home.

We will then discuss the current market and how your home measures up to the market so we can share where your home value stands.

Next, we will discuss items to repair or update before we go on the market to help your home look its absolute best.

We will go then go over our marketing plan that we know will help you be the best in the market and have amazing exposure.

2. Market Report

We will prepare a detailed packet for your home with relevant sales of other homes in the neighborhood or area that have sold and allow us to compare your home to the market.

Knowing what they did and the trends in the market will allow us to maximize your market value and maximize leverage to sell your home for the best terms.

At the end of the day, everyone wants to know the estimated proceeds of their sale so they can understand what their investment allows them to do moving forward. We provide all of our clients this net estimated proceeds so you can see how your money is working for you.

3. Marketing Plan

4. Commitment
We will prepare and go over all of the contracts to make sure you are ready for the market. When all contracts are signed we will get the ball in motion to help you and your home be ready for sale.
5. Staging & Going Live

Staging is key to selling any home. Homes that don't stage get on average 4% less for their home in the market than those that stage. We partner with great stagers that are exceptional at helping your home be its very best to sell.

The initial consultation with our stager will help you and your home know the best plan and what your home needs to pack and de-clutter prior to the final stage. Don't worry, our stagers email you a room by room list that is manageable and easy to help the house be ready for them to do their final staging before your media and photos are taken.

6. Offer Review

Whether it is one offer or multiple offers, we will take the time to prepare you for what each contract means to you so that you are fully prepared and understand all the terms and conditions of the sale.

7. Closing & Moving

Once we have an accepted offer, our team will help guide you through the accepted offer process and all contingencies. We are there for you every step of the way!

Right before closing, our staff will help you organize your move by giving you the resources for changing your address, moving utilities, services and if need be set you up with the best movers in the area.
